If you're flying in, you'll arrive at Kansas City International Airport (MCI).

The West Side Lounge is located just outside the Crossroads and Westside neighborhoods at:

From MCI

Plan on approximately 25–35 minutes by car, depending on traffic. The Crossroads is roughly 20 miles from MCI, with average rideshare travel times around 25 minutes under normal conditions.

Uber or Lyft is the easiest option for most guests. After collecting your luggage, head to the Arrivals curb and follow the airport's signs for app-based rideshare pickup before requesting your ride.

If you're renting a car, the general route into the city is:

MCI → I-29 South → toward Downtown / I-35 → Westside / 25th Street

Navigation may route you slightly differently depending on construction and traffic, so we recommend using live directions once you leave the airport. Typical driving time between MCI and downtown Kansas City is about 20–25 minutes before local traffic is factored in.

Getting Around Once You're Here

If you stay in the Crossroads, Downtown, or around Union Station, you won't need a car for much of the weekend. The Crossroads sits just south of downtown and is filled with restaurants, bars, galleries, coffee shops, and places to explore.

Rideshare is the simplest way to get to and from the party. The KC Streetcar is also free and connects the Crossroads with Downtown, Union Station and other central neighborhoods.
